I lived at WPPA for about 14 months and enjoyed it! My only complaints were usually about noisy neighbors, and once our sink clogged up and spilled all over the kitchen... on a Sunday... but the management brought in service very quickly! In fact the managers were just plain nice! Penny and Russ were very friendly, helpful and funny! Parking was a bit of a pain sometimes, especially when it snowed and everyone flocked for the close spots, but there were never any squabbles.

My boyfriend's car was broken into there, the radio stolen, along with a few other cars of similar makes, but that was the only major problem.

Great place to live! Great price on rent! (Heat was included, wow!) If I return to Colorado, I will consider them again.
