I wouldn't live here-keep looking

This complex has loud, inconsiderate neighbors. Maintenance is slow in response. Floors on upper level apartments are old and very squeaky. Management does not really respond to noise complaints, they do offer to put you into another apartment, but want you to pay a new deposit for it, then refund your old one.
