As with all apartment complexes, I'm certain Woodstone has it's pluses and minuses. I would definately agree about the very noisy and inconsiderate neighbors... there is virtually NO soundproofing in these buildings so if you live next door to or above/below a partying young "adult" or even a smoker, you WILL hear and smell it! The police respond quickly and are very nice about calls to report parties tho and even apologize for the rudeness of beer guzzling neighbors!! I WILL say this in complete disagreement with another reviewer... The staff in the office has been here a good number of years and are consistantly polite, helpful, and professional. I have never had my requests for a service call left for even 4 hrs! Up until this past 2 yrs, I've enjoyed living here, prior to bad experiences with bad next door neighbors. I wish they would keep the young smokers in one or two buildings tho and let the older, nonsmokers enjoy peace and fresh air!!
