I have lived here less than a year and have been pleased with the office staff and maintenance. Yes there have been noisy neighbors, but management responded when I put in a complaint.

It is an older complex, and yes the parking lot needs to be repaired and the buildings are starting to need paint, but it is still in good shape.

As to the persons complaints about noisy floors, I am on the second floor and have not noticed that at all. I do smell smoke for other apartments, but I just burn a candle.

The price is certainly right-of course everything in this area is now very high.
