Environs 15% Recommended May 03 2008: we just went to have a look. the staff a lady,didnt even bother to offer a seat. we were left standing and staring at her. she just handed a couple of papers and the rest was for us to figure AMLI at Westcliff (formerly Retreat at Westcliff) 42% Recommended Apr 25 2008: I have lived in AMLI properties for years and have always been relativley satisfied. I relocated to Denver and had to transfer my lease from the previous place to avoid the ridiculous "early lease break" fee. I didn't have many Estates at Tanglewood 52% Recommended Apr 17 2008: The day we moved into these apartments I would have told anyone to run from this place and run fast- They didn't clean the unit I was moving into! The carpets were dirty and one closet smelled really strongly of Estates at Tanglewood 52% Recommended Apr 16 2008: So my time at the Estates was not bad at all. I have lived in many Apts. and this one gets high marks from me with, sound- you dont hear your neighbors conversations or much of anything. The staff there Broadstone at the Ranch (formerly Archstone the Ranch) 40% Recommended Apr 16 2008: Keep looking and stay away from this place. Since I moved in the rent has gone up $100 in less than a year! That is just crazy and for what?? Crappie looking carports that you have to pay them to |
