We were there for approximately 6 months. People smoke in the hallways. The management did nothing to address our concerns regarding our neighbors, who thought nothing of banging on the door at 4am for a cigarette. They posted a notice of 'rules' that were absolutely redicoulous, such as kids under 12-15 weren't allowed to be walking on property alone, even if they were taking out the trash or getting home from school. And they did nothing for the serious problems, such as people passing their young kids through their second story windows. The staff changed so much, every time we paid rent there was no one there that we recognized from last time.

They also claimed that dogs were not allowed, yet multiple people would have dogs and let them do their business in the courtyard. And nothing was done if the dogs started barking while in the apartment alone and bored.

The geniuses who plowed the parking lot didn't do it for days (so many people were snowed in) and when they did do it, they put all the snow on the north side of our building, in the shade. The gutters need to be replaced, as there is water dripping from the roof onto the sidewalks and stoops. It's a scary place to live when the weathter is cold/wet with freezing temperatures.

The only thing I miss is the kitchen (layout was good) and the hot, hot, hot water. Well, when the water was on. They had a bad habit of just turning off the water without notifying the residents in advance.
