Dear God people, what were you expecting for the price, the Ritz' When i moved to these apartments i was a single mother with a year old baby. I see all these people saying that all the people that live there are druggies. I will bet anything that these people NEVER talked to there neighbors. In fact i have tattoos and piercings and bet these people thought i was one. This community has it's own drug task force and has a strict NO DRUG policy. Because of this alliance with the police if you call the police for ANY reason they respond IMMEDIATLY! Also, not all working class people that can't buy fancy cloths are druggies. I talked to my neighbors and ALL of them smiled and said hello when i greeted them. In fact, this is the ONLY apartment i lived in that when i locked my keys in my car 3 people came outside to help me and stayed for about an hour till i got in. Not only that, but the staff there was super sweet to me all the time, we would chat in the parking lot and they would address any questions or problems i would have immediatly and follow up with me often. I also had to move out 2 months before my lease was up, i didn't want to but i got a job that was too far, and they just let me go, no charges or anything. The apartments are HUGE, especially the kitchens, there are air conditioners in every unit and vending machines in the courtyard, i loved it there. If they took dogs i would move back in today. So come on people, pools are supposed to be cold, that is the point, it's hot outside, you cool down in a pool, and we live in Colorado, it gets icey. These are GREAT apartments if you ask me!

You are out of your crazy ass mind!!! This is the biggest dump in the Arvada/Wheat Ridge area. Actually in the Denver Metro Area!! Big ass Roaches the size of a cat. Smelly and dirty. Bad Bad complex.

You viewed the overall condition through rose-colored glasses. If it was so nice, no one would be writing bad reviews. It is a horrible place. And FYI Camelot Club is now called Kipling Village. They merged the two properties together.
