The apartments are not that bad. They're pretty cheap and maintenance is pretty quick to fix any problem. The bedbug problems are because dirty people have dirty things. Keep your apartment clean and you wouldn't have to worry about bugs. Maintenance spray the apartments regularly anyways. So if you have a bug problem, get rid of some of the trash you have. As far as the people here, most are very nice and keep to themselves. There isn't high levels of crime. The only problem I have is getting out onto Kipling when you go left mainly. Traffic sucks! There should be another exit/entrance to get in and out of here. But there really aren't many problems. Good apartments, for little price.

Yeah, right. The bathroom in my apartment had the ceiling cave in 3 times in a year because the unit upstairs leaked. All maintenance ever did was put up some drywall putty and paint each time. I never had any of my other maintenance issues addressed at all (heater was broken the entire time I was there, kitchen window leaked, bathroom sink wouldn't drain, toilet leaked, etc). Also, they don't "spray for bugs regularly." They sprayed twice in the 3 years I lived there, and the second time was after I started catching them and took a jar full of bed bugs to the leasing office to PROVE that they were, in fact, still there. But, I'm finally rid of that complex, so it's no longer my problem.
