Loud,annoying beaner music(all night and in weird bursts at early morning hours), car alarms at 3am, car break-ins every other night, generally strange tenants (doing laundry in mere underwear, "jerking off" in garden level apts with windows open), ignorant office staff (their computers constantly "aren't working" and they will try to accuse you of not paying rent), dirty, unmaintained, utility shut-offs at the drop of a hat...All in all, you're asking for trouble if you attempt living here, and it's abuse to raise a child here.
