Upon review of last review, crack dealer paradise is a fallacy. You've got white trash and ignorant mexican individuals that don't socialize directly due to the racial barriers that stupid people such as the last person declared and probably caused. Every tenant is either not willing to socialize with neighbors or just to busy complaining that it could be a nice community but managmnt or the lack there of is stuck in their power tripping modes. Yes, there are ignorant staff workers that can't remember what they have said, and yes poor accounting that can invite claims of harassement and defamation of character, that screams lawsuit, for their obvious creative accounting. It was tolerable until new managemnt took over in 9/03.Poor plumbing, poor water press, sporatic hot water, old air cond.terrible causing utilities to soar,little or no upkeep of stairs and glass for weeks at a time. Lack of mngmnt rsponse to noise complaints, or any topics requiring them to actually work for their salary. All in all, since 9/03, this complex has chosen to mirror and model itself to Camelot Apartments, which Wheatridge Police has verbally labeled that place as the "ghetto zoo". Maybe a name change is warranted to
"Ghetto Zoo #2!!! So,Eric shape up or your
tenants will ship out alot faster than you drag your feet on all these issues!!!!! ):
