If you do dare to shame yourself and lease here, then dont even to try to rationalize the thinking of eric and his minions. There have been 4 maintenance guys who were insulted and terminated when they brought these health issues with the poor plumbing and service or the lack there of. In conclusion if your looking to use this place as a safe house for drug dealing or anything illegal then sign up for the hall of shame.
