The services in this apartments are unsafe,
when they have to fix anything on the buil-
dings, they just cut the services without
any warning! Besides they are old, and expensive too, so, if you want a take your
chances, go ahead! And the comunication
with the Manager Elida Cepeda and his boss
is.... Oh well! if you can get any of them
by phone, is weird!
