I have lived here 5 months.I Have had an on going mold problem. some being BLACK mold which when around for to long can cause serious health problems and kill you. I have been complaining of all the issues , nothing ever gets done. And once the managers are sick of you they try to find a reason to kick you out illegally. The hall ways are dirty . There is usually about 2-3 inches of pure ice in the parking lot. Which the office never does anything to remove it or help the situation. And after you move in they try to make you sign a new lease and completely change everything. For example they say they pay heat and now they are trying to make me pay heat. I refused to do so with there 2 dollar windows that constantly rattle . all heat goes right out the window. These places are a dump. Extremely dirty and are full of nothing but illegal immigrants. And need to be shut down.
