If you can live without water - moveon in!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
There are constant maintenance issues, mostly about water. If there IS any- it isn't hot water. We have been without hot water for at least half the month.

TO make matters worse,they just started charging for water and gas - $55 a month for a ONE BEDROOM!

I can't wait to get the heck outta here.
