I made the mistake of moving in here. The baseboard heat in the living room stays on consistantly even when the stat is disconnected, in the 10 years the problem has been brought to their attention they have never fixed it. Why, because the maintenance doesn't know their head from a hole in the ground. I am going to publish pictures of my place that Irecently moved into so you can see the crappy work that they pride themselves in doing. Windows installed backwards, there is so much to list. lol On the weekends the moron-a-thon begins with all the drunken idiots screaming and hollaring like there is no one else around till all ours of the night. The funniest thing is that this complex has what they call 24hr (QUIET TIME) yes, it's actually in the lease that you sign. But because we have a majority of over grown juvenile delinquents the policy goes out the window.
