Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
I have been living here for 15 months and have filed 10 complaints, including one with the Better Business Bureau about the running heat. In the time I've lived there, it has never gotten below 80 degrees without constantly running the AC, which only cools the living room. The ONLY reason I haven't moved out is that I can't afford a new place to live with my current job.
Update: 5 months since this post, and I finally got them to fix the issue of running heat. However, they did it by shutting off my heat entirely so that now it's a permanent 40-50 degrees, and my apartment is over-run by bed bugs.
