There's plenty wrong with this place and it just keeps getting worse. They've now taken the door stops off ALL the entrance way doors so everyone has to listen to doors slam all the time and it's infuriating because you are woken up several times a night or day if you try and sleep. I can deal with a lot of things, but stuff like this is well within their control and they just make it worse by pulling crap like this. I have got to say that there are some really DUMB people that work at this place and this is just another example of a long growing list of problems.

Funny, I've lived here for almost a year, and I've found it to be a wonderful place. Sound proofing is very good, residents and management are friendly and helpful, and problems are fixed promptly. The water has only been off once since I moved in, and the hot water never runs out. The laundry rooms leave a bit to be desired... but the location is good and the price is right, so overall I'm very pleased with Kipling Village.

I work in the office and I would like to clear up the concern about the doorstops. We removed all the doorstops from the doors to prevent any snow, leaves and trash to get into the hallways. It also preserves the heat. By having the doors closed at all times people feel safer. We are continously working on improving the property and always welcome suggestions. We undertand that we will never be able to make everyone 100% happy, but we strive for it. The door is always open for our residents. Thank you to the person who responded :-)
