Location is great, people are nice, management is helpful but not intrusive, price is right, rules are fair, grounds are well kept, maintenance fixes problems quickly and competently, and there are always plenty of parking spots available. It's not fancy, but it has everything that's necessary to feel at home.

i agree we had our place flooded along with our drain backing up. If they would just keep up on cleaning stuff. I lived there 6 months and I hated it. when I last checked in december they were selling a one bedroom for nearly 450. I think the price should show you how cheap it is

I want whatever you're on. I've been here for 2 years and maintenance has NEVER fixed anything in reasonable time. It took them 6 months to "fix" a leak in my bathroom.
