We lived here for 1 year and were glad to leave. Neighbors were noisy--lots of noise from children, especially in the courtyard area, and lots of running up stairs and slamming doors. The apartments are very large, which is fantastic--the closet in the 2/2 master is large enough to be another bedroom. Having two tubs is great. The balcony was dangerous--nails sticking up and rather rickety. I understand that many of the apartments have been remodeled. The laundry room had problems with the washer/dryers being broken into--thus they were broken. Plus they were very small and expensive to use. The office had some cranky older women working who hid in the back. The front office person changed rapidly. The maintenance people were shifty--didn't want to let them in unless we were home. Air conditioning units freeze up. No washer/dryer conn. in apartments. Mail area was broken into on two occasions, my truck was bumped into (no damage once and replaced tailgate other time) twice. Overall, it's just ok for the $$--the path is nice to walk on, but the smog from I-70 and the train nearby can choke you up. At the time it was the best we could do for the $, but you might want to keep looking. Very easy access to I-70 and most of the time only 15 minutes to downtown (even in traffic).
