Lived here for 3 and a half years and still going. Maintenence hasn't caused us any delays or problems. They were even willing to help us at midnight. Friendly, understanding, fair, and accomodating staff and managers. Biggest apartment in town for the price (1 bdrm). Very convenient location. Lots of parking space; no assigned spots. Although we don't often use them, the amenities are nice- outdoor pool that's kept clean, workout room, free movie rental, pool/games in clubhouse. Laundry room is clean and I've never had to wait for a machine. About the same price as the laundromat but better since it's on-site (and there is a nearby laundromat if necessary). The 2-bdrm apartments have washer/dryer connections I believe. No problem with us having pets- we're respectful of course. However, when our dog was new to us and barking a lot, they took our neighbor's concerns seriously and left us a letter about the barking! So they do listen to residents and try to help everyone out. Large balconies, good appliances (stove and fridge). Cabinets and bathroom mirror are a bit outdated but who cares'! Overall a nice place to live and we haven't had problems.
