The apartments are very spacious with oversized windows that provide a really great cross-breeze all the time. Carrie, Peggy, and the maintenance crew are all very friendly and respond as soon as possible to any issues given them. The pool, exercise room, common room, and laundry room are all well-maintained and the office holds an informal coffee and cookie get together every week which is very nice.
I only have two points that I would like to bring up to assist future apartment hunters. I haven't lived in an apartment in a long time so these may just be a part of the norm but I feel I should mention them:
The population of the complex is changing and there are a LOT of kids and a LOT of dogs. This makes for a LOT of noise.
Also, and most importantly, if you do not like the smell of cigarette smoke you DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE. I have a few neighbors who do not like to smoke in their home so they step out onto their balcony or outside their front door. The wonderful cross-breeze I mentioned before carries the smell right into your apartment to the point where it smells like they are sitting and smoking right next to you.
