I do not blame the staff at all. This apartment complex upon moving in was around 540 a month. The price has risen to almost 800.00 a month, but the quality has not. I believe the reason for the price upping is the landscaping projects and the garages/storage units recently being put in. However, they charge extra for the use of them. The interior of the apartments are the same as they have always been. We have had work orders in to fix MANY things in the apartment for a few years and have yet to see anyone come in. And when you do ask if they can come fix it or even remind them they seem to say that other people are on the list first. I do not blame the management, but seriously. This place looks and feels the same as the 400.00 crack house down the street. Seeing prices get raised every time you sign a lease, it makes it VERY hard to move out when living on a budget.
We went two weeks with no heat and at this very moment we don't have air conditioning in the heat of summer. They say 'just wait, your on the list' but will give you no real time estimate. I advice people avoid this place, unless you want drunks knocking on your door at 2am or your car radio being stolen out of the parking lot. Both which happen on a constant basis to the point we just decided not to have a radio.

Upon moving out we were not aware that the apartment complex doesn't know when its tenants are moving out... So to stay 9 days we have to pay 300.00 which includes the cable we will not be using among other things. o_O So when moving out give them 30 days notice or they make you pay for the next month.
Also within this week people have been on our balcony fixing it without permission. Kind of strange to look out your sliding glass door on the third floor and seeing two men on your balcony. A little alarming even. Beginning repairs before we left''
