Since the new management has arrived things have shaped up some! However, the walls are paper thin and all sounds as well as smells come through them. The windows, walls and doors are poorly insulated therefore creating high heating bills. Maintenance arrives promptly most of the time but you will be lucky if the problem get's fixed the first time. Parking lots are a mess when it snows it takes them at least a week to start to clear them and the sidewalks when it snows. All, in all this apt is not a horable place to live but you could find a better naborhood for the same price range.
