I lived there for a year. I was horrified. It was not even worth the rent. The lower level where I lived never had the grass mowed and it was not private at all. So kids kept playing on our porch and leaving trash. The neighbors also smoked above us and threw butts in our yard and the management made US pay for it! The walls were paper thin and I could hear EVERYTHING our neighbors did. The washers and dryers were filthy and continually broken. The dishwasher didn't work. The carpet broke our vacuum cleaner.

I didn't feel safe, and due to my job not letting me off till 8 pm I could never find a parking space.
