The staff and the manager have bad attitudes and will try to make you late on you re rent.
Long term residence have complained about her handling the rent and have ended up with miss placed checks as well as late fees
Due to the incompetent people handling of you re rent. Best to pay with money orders and make sure you are known in the office.
This manager has family with in the complex and is very mean to people who do not speak English or are different in color.
If you do stay here and you know nothing of the staff, make an effort to know this manager. She is very good at throwing her weight around.
Now, if you have a problem and it seems too late for you to do something Inform New Castle witch is the main head quarters to these apartments.
If enough people complain she will be replaced.

And By the way, if you happen to run into her mother you she is not so nice as well. She is near the Big play ground and by the little pool.
Don t be afraid to speak up.

If I had the cash I would have left long time ago.

This is exteremely ridiculous. She is a great manager and has turned the entire community around. The property is being managed professionally. They do not loose or misplace rent payments, and why would the management try to make people late??? It is ashame that people make untrue statements about the manager. This is a great property and great management. Come to the property and see for yourself! She will be more than happy to give you a tour of the community and answer any questions you may have.

Damn, lol. I dont live there no more, but There was an employee named ---- there and he said the Manager was Racist, as well as some of the other people that had to deal with her. Before I moved I was at the Play ground with my kids and that ---------woman (so to say) had some very nasty things coming out of her mouth, she didnt look to me as if she had a poblem. she called security on my 2 year old and we were forced from the play area just cause he was playing with a little girl."Get away from her or I'll have my daughter throw you're whole damn family out". Bit if you are going to really make an impact on that place, you should try and keep the people you have and make them happy and at least clean the play ground areas and kick the kids off that are messing it up.

Get off your high horse Cowboy, If your so unhappy ride off into the sunset of better places! The staff take a lot negativity that they don't deserve. The reality is that from a year ago it is now a safe place to live without being intimidated by gang affiliated drug dealing neighbors. Huge improvement. Nice that people can sit out on their patios at night and enjoy the community that live in and can walk their dogs and use tha laundry rooms without feeling uneasy about who out there. Open your eyes and appreciate intigrity.

I'm sorry, But I've have had problems with my rent as well in the past, and maybe a few times with this manager but there is nothing that the staff can do with your bank problems. I understand you cant leave due to money issues and such, But you can make the best of it and get involved with the community. You shouldnt slam people you dont know.

Dude, you have no clue. You're bank will back any check you make. There is no Problems with your checks, you can even make a check for every 3rd of the month and it will be backed by your bank. I've been there when the rent was said it wasnt paid on time or the staff said they misplaced something and I had to dig up another $800.00 because someone miss placed a check. Dont be a fool, if that happens you call Newcastle or you can make complaints.
