This place really needs work, not so much the units themselves, but management & its staff. The streets had holes in them for months, and there was an argument over who was responsible for them. The water pipes bust at least 3 times a year, so it's not uncommon to come home to a notice that there is no water, and no timeframe for fixing the problem. Maintenance is very slow in responding to emergency requests during the early morning hours.."if they respond". The management changes pretty frequently, checks left to pay rent are put in to the wrong area, so you get eviction notices for their errors. If the economy had not been so bad, and the area so nice and quiet(Edgewater), I would have not stayed here 6 months!!!!!

The City Of Edgewater was repsonsible for the repairs to the street, the manager made several attempts and calls to the Mayors office to get the repairs done including a town council meeting held at Terra (were you there?) Now the repairs to road are done. The water line is 38 years old, when there is a break it is taken care of immediately and the contractors don't know long it will take until they begin digging to find the break and how bad it is!!!!! Maintenance has several work orders and with 402 units they do a great job job of getting to eveyone.

JAJAJAJAJAJAJAJA!!!!!!! Funny how everything is now fixed, but why don't you mention HOW many calls and complaints and time it took to get this fixed. And the "MANAGER" din't have the city fix the problem, it was all the residents and non- residents who complained to the city at ALL TIMES, don't think 1-2 calls from the "MANAGER" fixed the problem. And maybe just maybe if there are 402 ------- units, (here's the crazy idea) why not hire more ------- workers so they CAN get the job done!!!! That's the reason we see so many empty units and people bad mouthing this horrible palce.

I made calls to Edgewater & wheatridge county offices to try and get the pot hole issue resolved...NO, I wasnt there for the townhall meeting, I'm guessing it wasnt a sell out crowd as folks are out working, but I'm am beyond ecstatic that it is FINALLY taken care of and that someone assumed responsibility. I find the exclamations unnecessary, it seems as you are taking this personally rather than constructively to find ways of improving this community. Its a beautiful quiet area and I would assume that managment would look at these postings for ways to improve ratings.
