So many people complain about the stupid things in life.
When there are more important things out there.
Insted of waisting your time writing stupid blogs why dont you clean your house and quit living like pigs. You people need a life and the only reason this website was created was to informe the renter about the property not for ignorante people that were never taught good manners and how to live in decent society..
Maybe you should live in a dumpster that would suit you well
oh by the way keep a leash on your animals wich you call kids im tired of cleaning up the mess that your kids make.

I moved in 2004, and The place was a Zoo. And still is. I've gotten in fights with the management before becuase they thought my kids were making a mess near the back porch. As the office found out My kids dont like to go out side in the back because of bullies that are out there. I'm sick as well and fed up picking up crap that falls from the top floors and what kids leave on the ground. Rocks, Toys, broken Bottles, Trash. I cleaned my area and have kept it clean for some time and this is the fist year that I really need to clean it up. I live right by the Little kids play ground and they have told us they wanted all kids to stay off it. Those little monsters come and make it a mess and tore the yellow tape off and make it a mess. These are kids that are from the other sides of the complex and come there to do what they do. They figure they wont get seen and end up getting away with braking things and starting fires. Just last week 1 kid on the other side of the little play ground got blamed for something he didnt do. A few ------- kids started the fire and ran off leaving that poor kid to take the balme. I could talk to the manager but I dont need to put some kids on the spot cause they were not near the area after the cops showed up. I have no proof. All I ask is that the manager just come around and talk to us that want to make an impact with these ID10Ts that we have to live with. I'm not racist and I hate being near --------- that cant watch there kids or pick up after them. If the Manager is reading these forms, Please get these parents to have more of a watchfull eye on these kids. Have a watch group formed or something we can help with. I dont want to keep calling the cops or try and get ahold of security every time they start fires or throw rocks or even break things and get away with it. sorry for the rant, But I like where I live and I want my kids to enjoy it too.

yes because you would rather spend your money somewere else insted of being resposible and pay whats more inportant so you rather complain your that person that when you go out to eat you will complain just to get something free thats sadddddd....

Its his right to complain. If something was happing to you I know for damn sure you would be the one that would scream to hell and High to make sure you would be treated right. What a Hypocrite. A

You know what's sad? The manager of the property lived right under me, so yeah, it was written by an actual resident, because the manager WAS RESIDENT! So, she's trying to bark back at some of the people just trying to write about how bad the place is. Not all the people here lived like pigs, but we were all treated like pigs, regardless of if we were good or bad tenants. Try treating your tenants better and keeping your property in good shape, then you can say all you want.
