Hello, I have lived in the appartments for a long time. And i've seen it go from bad to worse. But this little community has turned its self around and I have to agree with the two at the bottem, this is not a bad place at all. After reading these I feel some people have had a bad time or whatever that case maybe. Thats the past, and the manager is Trying, I'm not home enough to see what is going on but my wife
deals with these people all the time. And in a word, she is "Happy", if she was not
then I'd be looking for another place to live. I'm sure some of the posts are true but if you can find a better place to live then go. And for the racist comment on here, To me you sound more racist then those who do it in secret and behind someones
back. Just becuase someone calls you a dumb ass dont mean there a racist, its beacuse you are. Also, if there is a problem, then maybe you need to address the issue to the person and not on the forms here. Keep the people out of it, just focus on the area. And in for the guy on the Manager, she took care of my mother when she needed to move from 1 place to another, even my famliy member is happy with this place and the staff. So get over it.

Arrgh, this is so irritating, for anyone looking at these reviews and comments...which sounds more authentic to you? Those that are defensive of the apartments with a 34% rating or those that are critical? Fact of the matter is, its a bad complex in a bad neighborhood, with an even worse management!
