My sister and I have only lived here for three weeks and the manager continues to harass us. First she will call and start to act like a 5 year old. She likes to yell and she does not like to have "grown up" conversations. Secondly she picked up cigarette butts off the gound, came up to our apt and threw them in my sisters face and again started to yell and act like a five year old accusing us of throwing them off our balcony. Now there were a verity of cigarette brands in that pile and none of them are what my sister and I smoke, but she wont take that into consideration, and now it seems that any butts on the grounds are from us. I see how she is running the place, she just falsely accuses those that she picks not to like. We do smoke but we have never thrown cigarettes off the balcony or on the grounds. Ever sense we meet her while signing the lease she has been nothing but rude to us, so I guess she just picks and chooses who she dislikes at first glance and than comes the harassment. We have also seen here purposly trying to look thru our balcony window when she goes out of her apt. My sister and I are never going to rent here again and we are pleased we only signed a six month lease. Other than the manager and her anger problem, which we may have to make a report on her to the police about, I think the place is nice and quite. Now if they would hire a manager that can be professional, I think people would be happier.

Last March I was home with my daughter who had pneumonia. Do you know that the wicked witch of the Terror Village apartments had the nerve to come in to my apartment without knocking? she had used a spare key from the office and attempted to walk right in my place!! Imagine her surprice when me and my daughter both turned to look at her like.... are you crazy!! Her response was that there was a move out scheduled near by and she had the wrong key, which is a bold faced lie! Anyone with complaints can call Marc Jacobs with newcastle properties. I called to complain on her once to the office and another staff member gave me his information. This would not be a bad place to raise a family if bigots like her were not working there.

yes, she is a Bigot and a few people have said the samething. she sent my rent check back to the bank and said there was no funds there. I'm a fed and my checks come no matter. she thinks if you are a minority you are trouble. not only did she do that once, but a few times to try and get rid of my family. How do I know? because the bank will honor your check and will back it. Not sure if she is trying to make room for more people or is just trying to weed out those who have been here a long time. But, I do have to say and give her credit, she is making this place nice, but for who?.

I agree with the last person! The manager IS making the community alot better. So she kicks out people who can't and won't follow the rules, SO WHAT she's doing her job! As far as her making it better for who? That's simple...she's making it better for all of us who take pride in where we live and want to live in a nice clean place! As far as her being a bigot...I'm hispanic and she's been nothing but compassionate with me and my family!

This is about a manager who enforces the rules, and I have to say I appreciate that she addresses people who disrespect the grounds and their neighbors. I see her picking up trash and sweeping up debris outside and I have never seen a manager in the last 3 apartment communities I have lived at do THAT! she cares enough to keep this place clean and safe. I see that some people write trash about her, most likely did something you were notified about, or had returned checks??? As for her being a bigot, people need to think twice about backing up what they say . I ran into and her boyfriend at a restuarant one evening recently.... he is dark skinned. Thanks for making a differance, I am glad to see the riffraff go. Don't let them get you down, stay positive. There are those of us who know you are doing your job.

I understand her job, I know she needs to take care of things and it needs to be done. Lets not bring Race into this, if anyone was here with in 10 years then they know how that manager was. She was Mexican and she was very pushy and made sure everything was taking care of. Same thing that is being done now. Dont talk trash on these forms unless you have proof that its happing. If so then walk up to the office and have it out with her. I know Make4258 and he dont live there no more. I know your job and I know you could make this place a living hell if you used your office the way you had before. stay out of it. I like what I see and lets hope the pools stay open all summer this year. To the Manager, I tip my hat to you.

We pay our rent and have done nothing wrong. If anything we are hardly even home. My sister and I work full time and go to school. As far as I am concerned, she like to manage off her likeness to people. If she likes you at first site your good, if not she is going to make sure your life is hell. Not all people do wrong and still get punished. Do you think the ----- would come up to earth as him self? NO he would come up as a saint and only a few would know the true being. To my dimay that few would be my sister and I and those who she feels she can walk all over.
