Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006
 
Management is rarely in the office so you can never talk to them. The units are literally falling apart. The windows are single panes and ice up and then melt and water gets all over the walls and floors. It is very cold in the winter and HOT in the summer. No insulation. Now they have a problem with MICE (YUCK!!!) Hot water and pressure in the bathrooms (yeah Right, what hot water and pressure).
