Worst place to live. After living here for two years they kept my deposit and are trying to scam me on the carpet. Carpet was never cleaned or changed when I moved in only raked. Could be damaged by the flood we had upstairs that took them an entire month to repair. Flood was so bad that the floor in my boys bedroom was rotted and falling out from under the carpet. There was water leaking through the light fixtures and the floor where my washer and dryer sat was falling out too. They never repaired that floor. Did repair floor in bedroom with a few 2x4 's attached to the still rotten wood and threw the nasty carpet back over it. And also just threw some spackle and paint over the ceiling so you couldn't see the water stain anymore. As for maint. they had to come to at least 3 times to get one repair correct. Property manager was a very rude women on paper and the several times I talked to her face to face ,over her rude behavior, were apologies for being nasty. I am sure a lot of residents wouldn't dare trying to resolve something with her after getting one of those letters. Also set up place for the dog to relieve themselves without notice to us, very awful considering our bedroom window was right where they fenced. Real great aroma for our home. Vehicles were egged scratched and dented while sitting in the lot, probably would have been safer to park at walgreens and walk home. The lovely pool that got painted every year to hide the filth rather than the maint. cleaning it. And lets not forget the formal request I had to make so they would stop coming into my apt. while I wasn't there. Would come in for no apparent reason all the time. Sink in bathroom camed detached I don't know how many times. For the way these apts. are cared for and awful staff it might as well be a $300 a month apt in Montbello.
