Over all it was fairly good compared to some of the other places around the Uconn campus. I think New England Realty company as a whole isn't all that responsible. They place is clean and the neighbors were nice. The only thing is is that both our front and back door broke. The back one was broken to begin with and the front one broke soon after we move in. We called to get it fixed and you just get an answering machine and they never did anything about it. Also, they tried to instill this parking policy and made it sound like they were really agressive about it and if you didn't have a permit you would get towed. Then they realized they didn't know what to do with guest parking. Over all, it hasn't been bad but it wasn't the greatest.
