At first this apartment looked amazing. Two great sized bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths and a dining room! But until you actually move in you don't see all the flaws. The ceilings and walls are a mess, there are "repairs" everywhere. Plus, I think the walls are covered in Mold because I have been sick ever since we moved in. The toilets and tub are so old they barely drain or work and are...GREEN! (unless you are fortunate to find an updated apartment). Just today the kitchen was flooded because all of the pipes under the sink are rotting! There was water all the way across the kitchen floor. I was fortunate to be able to pick which apartment to live in and I picked one with new cabinets....that was the only nice thing about this place. The tiles in the bathrooms are moving away from each other, its like they are the stick on ones. I am so dissapointed in this place...I am currently looking for a new place to live and me and my Fiance have only been here since October, it is now December. It is a nice place at a glance but once you live here..it is a piece of ----. Plus....the "maintenance" people, probably don't know how to fix anything. Our gutters are growing plants in them and I have called and personally went in to tell them they need to clean them out. It is probably a good explanation as to why there is so much mold in this place. They have still not fixed it. All yesterday and today it has been snowing and...no plows! We invested in sleds and went down the rediculous hill we live on! Fun on sleds...not so much in a car. I could seriously go on and on about how miserable I have been since we moved it. I am not picky but there are only so many things I can take. Please make sure, if you are looking to put your life into these apartments you dont mind...mold, leaky everything, toilets that flush about every 2 minutes, tubs that dont drain for over an hour after you get out (after putting a whole thing of drano max in), windows that are breezy...increasing your electric bill!!!! Which for two months was over $400!!! and we aren't even here! The only thing that runs 24/7 is the fridge and the only room that has heat is our bedroom. I just get more and more frustrated everyday we spend here. Like I said before, please make sure you can deal with all that plus more before you move in.....Good luck!
