Bad Points:
The kitchens are TINY - smaller than some bathrooms. The heat is electric, and extra and REALLY expensive in the cold months (adds $150 at worst, $45 in summer) The laundry room has one one washer and dryer, for 12 apts, and when broken, is a inconvenient. We have had a noise problem (young neighbor playing video games ALL night)

Good Points
Pets are allowed with a small security deposit. Decent small pool. The closet space is quite good. The 2nd floor apts have a really nice wood balcony, large enough for a grill and a few deck chairs. The patio sliding door leading to them really gives the apts an open, airy feeling in the summer, and provides good light in the winter. Maintenance was responsive and adequate. Snow plowing was ok, usually timely. Walks were badly shovelled and slippery, and occasionally men would shovel them at odd hours past midnight - noisy.
