poor construction quality with no sound/head insulation at all; can hear every foot step of people living above you; can hear people talking/playing music all the time; can become really noisy when a neibor taking shower.

poor maintenance: if you just move to this area, expect your employer to issue multiple first paycheck to you -- my employer canceled the first two checks and I pick up the third one -- the name on my mail box will take forever to change to mine;
my shower tap is still leaking after three months I reported the problem; the superintendent said the locker to the balcony did not need to repair because I was living in the third floor; it took me quite a few phone calls and visits to the superintendent to get my exhaust fan repaired. If you want to live here, good luck with your bucks.
