I agree with other posted comments on the noise issue. There really is no sound insulation. The neighbor's TV, music, talking, etc. can be heard very easily. Also, when they take showers. I can even hear people below me walking around (the floor shakes) which seems strange. The style/appliances are outdated and having newer, more energy efficient appliances would probably help with the electric bills. I haven't really had problems with maintenance as long as you are firm in explaining the problems.
