Alright, as far as apartments go, this isn't too bad. Hey, I've lived in all sorts of community living from apartments to condos to college dorms back when i was in those. If you want things to be perfectly silent, get a house in the middle of the woods somewhere.

Complaints: Appliances were old, electric bill was high (stove, fridge, etc). I think the kitchen needs some renovation. The water flow through the building was LOUD. If I flushed the toilet, you could hear it from 2 rooms away. Rather annoying. Community washer and dryer.

Pros: Great location for me. Not as loud as some other apartment complexes, and there were wasn't any noise of car's passing through. Great parking. I liked the porch and was on the first floor so I could have a grill. I liked the community atmosphere. Staff was always friendly and courteous. The pool and tennis courts were a nice bonus. The grounds were always in pretty good condition.
