I totally agree with the previous postiong stating "don't rent here". I have not slept since I've moved here. You can literally hear urination, toilet flushing, intimate relations. The hallways are filled with different smells permiating the entire building. If you are deaf, have no sense of smell and are cellibate this place is for you.

I totally agree with "Don't live here". The common areas are filthy, the garbage shoot has not worked in over a month, the super does not speak English and does not fix a thing, at least once a week there is not hot water or heat, the air conditioners leak water onto the already mold-smelling rugs, it is loud, it is hot, it smells....I could continue. I hate this place with a deep, deep, passion.

I live there now and it CAN be noisy but so can any apartment. I've learned my lesson and only live on the 3rd floor now. Haven't had any problems at all. :)
