Not great considering the rent

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
Safe, convenient location with good parking, but noise is a serious problem here. No insulation so you can pretty much hear everything especially with inconsiderate neighbors. Earplugs are a definite must! I would expect to hear some sounds, but not to the extent noticeable here. Especially considering the high rent. Waiting for lease to be up to move.
