Do Not Rent Here! I have lived at Avon Mills for 1 yr. Moving out as soon as my lease has expired. It has been one of the worst years of apt living ever. There is no insulation between floors. You literally hear people in the bathroom doing their daily rituals. The floors sqeak with every step
