I've lived here for nearly a year. I love the location. Beacon Mill Village is located in a quiet, small town. Beacon Falls is conveniently located south of Waterbury and northwest of New Haven. The units are breath taking; high ceilings, exposed posts and beams, brick walls and huge windows. The units are all unique, with a configuration for almost any lifestyle. Additionaly, the landscaping is beautiful. My only complaint is the lack of professionalism in the front office. As mentioned in previous ratings, the property is managed by a mother and daughter team. I have noticed a general lack of organization and responsiveness to requests. On several occasions, I've had to constantly remind the staff about repairs to my unit before action was taken. The saving grace is that the staff is very friendly. I would recommend these units, but be prepared for a struggle with the staff.
