I have to say that living at BMV isn't as bad as everyone says. The main problem that everyone seems to have is that they don't get back their security deposit. Well if you actually read the lease you will find that if you don't leave the place a pig sty when you move out or you don't break your lease you can get your security deposit back pretty easy.

There are definatly a lot of bugs here during the summer but if you call the people in the office they take care of it right away.

The office staff is a mother daughter team, and they are very good. The manager is a little bit of a stickler for the rules but if she let everyone get awy with all the crap they try to pull then this place would not be as clean as it is. The girl that rents the apartments is a sweethart, (and a looker!!)and has even taken me to pick up my car at a auto body place. She helps out in any way she can. I don't know the guy too much seems nice enough. It sounds to me like all those people that are pissed that they didn't get the security back are just trying to get back at them for them not letting them get away with everything.

If you are looking for a happening place to live, with a lot of things to do this town is not for you, but it is nice and quiet and you don't get much crime around here, with a population of 5000.i would definatly not worry about it AT ALL!!!!

Parking can be a pain, but where is it not'

Maintanace is pretty good but if you have a minor problem like a leaky faucet or a light bulb out it takes them a while, the best thing to do is tell the office people so they can put pressure on the maintanace guys .
