This apartment is far overpriced. When I lived here, washing machines and dryers remained broken for many weeks. The sauna in the workout room did not work. On a positive note, the guy in the office, Brian, was very helpful. I'm surprised people pay what they do for these apartments. After I got in to the one I rented, I realized the floor had not been cleaned for what seemed like a year, with grime buildup in the bathroom--I had to brush it.
