Trust me. Although the grounds are beautiful it may be very tempting to believe that this is a nice place. But once you unpack the boxes- you will see what alot of us saw when you settle in. First of all. The bugs- Yes there are alot of them. Other tenants will testify to the silverfish- and this other bug which could very well be a new species. It looks like a wasp and even sounds like one- but it isnt neither. My husband and I have killed 15 or 20 of the things and its WINTER TIME! Can you imagine what summer is going to bring for us'! I am really wishing we would of signed a 6 month lease instead of a full yr!

As stated. The office staff are really sweet and nice to get you in here and then they treat you like an inconvience if you have a problem once your a tenant. I know for a fact the office staff talk about other tenants negatively to other tenants. The auto place across the street is even familar with how hard it is to get into this place! You think it being so hard to get into that everything about it would be wonderful. Well thats not true. Maintenance is in fact HORRIBLE. They never come back to fix things they say they will fix.

Its funny whenever someone posts negatively about Beacon Mill the person is accused of being wacked in the head - I think thats pretty rude of the office staff (whoops) to say things like that. Please look elsewhere than have to be stuck here for 6months or a yr I guarentee you wont want to stay. I dont think I have run into ONE person here that has to say anything positive about Beacon Mill. My husband and I were in the elevator once and had some empty boxes and peanuts and they asked if we're moving too, LOL. Not something people who are happy would ask another person, ya know what I mean'

Oh did I mention. That one of the office staff actually LIVES here' Hmmm..taking up an apartment that probably someone else wanted' Maybe that's who an earlier post was referring to. Sad- very sad. We cant wait to leave and you'll feel the same if you move here.

Be careful on the bridge- it feels like it'll collapse when you walk on it cold weather. And beware of the laundary room- nothing usually works down there. And also be prepared to put a deposit on everything. You have to actually come back down to the office to get a laundary card- they dont give you one on checkin and you have to give a 10 dollar deposit to actually have the card and that money doesnt go on your card- it goes in their pocket. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
