Well, if some people are having no troubles and some people are having troubles. It must go to show that either the people who write positive reviews dont spend very much time in their apartment OR the management plays favorites. I work from home out of my apartment and being here alot I have seen absolutely everything mentioned on the board. Also, I remember seeing firetrucks out my window for hours a few months ago and saw firefighters looking into the pipes that flow into the creek. I also smelled strong gas fumes. Something tells me the parking lot drains into the creek. How safe is that' No wonder there was a fire here before! I also did not see any of the management investigating what was wrong. You'd think all of them but 1 living here that someone would put a robe on and walk outside to see whats going on! Can you imagine if no one had called the fire depart' If someone lit a cigerette and threw it in the parking lot or in the creek- nobody would have a car in the back parking lot!
