The pool, workout room, and laundry are very well kept, the area is very safe!!! Overall, we have enjoyed the two years we have lived here. It is a very profesional environment. The grounds and buildings are very well kept.
The office staff is usually unavailable or impossable to get a straight answer from. Our frustrations arose when we were told an apartment was unavailable that we were interested in moving into, we were told the people were staying, and then one of the office staff moved in. It was just a little frustrating to be told a lie. We have to move shortly for new jobs, and we will miss the area and our apartment. Rent increases are high. Sign a one year lease to get around the increase for as long as possiable.
