I love living at Beacon Mill. It is quaint, qiiet and the grounds ar ekept very clean. The buildings are on the National Historic Register for Historic Places. They are obligated to keep the place nice. As for bugs, only saw one in my apartment and what place has never had a bug or two' I have 2 cats and Beacon Mill allows cats, you just have to pay a 1 time security fee of $200 per cat. It is well worth it! The apartments are very attractive. I have never had any problems with management, they are all very nice. They remember your name too! Overall, this is a wonderful place to live and I suggest you come see and make your own assumptions.
