Horrible reviews in 2004 kept me away from this pretty property. Can anyone say anything good about this place yet'

Considering there has not been a post since one year prior to yours, I'm hoping current tenants are satisfied with the improvements the new management company has made. I'm signing a lease next Friday. While I'm concerned the negative aspects of the preceeding reviews may not be immediately rectifiable by a change in management, I'm optimistic BMV will be a great place to live. Seaboard has had a year to make changes and I see they've taken to updating all of the apartments' kitchens and bathrooms. The two-bedroom on which we placed a deposit is currently being renovated and I am looking forward to the results. This improvement and our interaction with the management staff have left me optomistic. I'm hoping my experience will allow me to leave a positive review in the future. Do you live there now?
