We lived in a two bedroom at BMV over a six month period and made several friends here.
My advice: Read your contract carefully! Every detail is in the corporation?s favor.
None of four families who moved out, complying with all the contract stipulations, received their deposit back. Nit-picky excuses enabled them to keep our hard earned money. $1000 or more. Think about it, losing $1000 for no service provided.
I was livid at the time I left and after hearing from another friend recently refused her deposit, I am agrivated all over again.
P.S. It is a less than professional mother and daughter team that manage this complex. Proceed with CAUTION!
