I havent actually lived here but I did go to an appointment to check out a studio. The lady was friendly and the property is beautiful. The area is quiet and cozy and the apartments seemed very up to date and nice. My only concern is the high ceiling. They are about 25 feet high and very old looking wood. Seems like it is the breeding ground for dust and insects., considering the building is over 100 years old. Also, on the phone they told me the studio was 750/month. Then it was 800 when I got there. That didn't seem right to me.
